1. The courier (DPD) will attempt delivery 3 times. If after 3 attempts delivery has not been possible the goods will be returned to us and you will receive a full refund minus our postage and packaging costs.
2. Please check your delivery carefully on receipt. If there is anything wrong with the goods please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
3. If for any reason you decide you do not want the goods once they have been ordered please let us know as soon as possible - if we are yet to dispatch your order we can cancel it free of charge. If it has already been dispatched, return arrangements and costs will be your responsibility - you will need to contact us within 14 days of ordering to obtain a return reference number. We recommend using a tracked courier service as we cannot provide any refund until the goods have been returned to us unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the goods in satisfactory condition a full refund minus our postage and packaging costs will be issued. If we have not received the goods back by the end of the 14 day period we will assume you are happy to keep your item(s).
4. Please remember that hay is a natural product and will therefore vary between orders. We aim to pack 7kg of hay into each box, however due to the nature of the product it is near impossible to get this bang on. There will never be less than 6.5kg of hay in a box.
5. Please store your hay in the dry and out of direct sunlight. If it becomes damp mould may develop rendering it unusable. If it is left in direct sunlight it will loose its colour and may become dusty. We recommend that you only store hay for up to 3 months.
6. Please check your hay as you use it. Despite our best efforts hay can contain foreign objects such as small sticks etc..
7. We reserve the right to cancel any order or subscription at any time for any reason.
8. All subscription payments are handled by Paypal and can be cancelled at any time - if you would like to cancel your BoxOfHay.co.uk subscription please email us via the contact page. Alternatively, this can be done from within your Paypal account - please use this method if you require an upcoming payment to be cancelled immediately.
